Cohort Start Dates
New cohorts begin on the second Monday of every month — giving you multiple opportunities to start your healthcare career each year. All programs are available throughout 2026, with spring and fall cohorts in 2027.

Select the program and format you wish to enroll in.
All programs are nationally certification-aligned. Most are fully virtual. The Clinical Medical Assistant is our only hybrid (virtual + in-person) program. Phlebotomy runs as a 5-day-per-week Fast Track.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age at time of enrollment
- High School Diploma or GED required (exception: applicants 25+ without diploma may qualify)
- Reliable internet access and a device capable of running online coursework
- No prior healthcare experience required

CMA does not participate in federal Title IV (FAFSA) programs. However, we offer multiple funding pathways including payment plans, third-party financing, state programs, and employer sponsorship. Our enrollment team will help you find the best option.
